Founded in Nairobi, Kenya, EdgeSide was born out of a passion for helping businesses design workplaces that thrive. With over a decade of HR expertise, global insights, and a creative edge, we set out to transform how companies approach people, culture, and leadership.
We saw a gap: many organizations struggled to balance growth with human connection. Policies existed, but they lacked resonance. Strategies were written, but they weren’t lived.
